This is a DIY guide on rebuilding your differentials
Tools needed:
Tapering set
FG differential grease NR 6512
Drill
Set scew
Hole punch
Vice
Syringe
Clean out the differential of old grease and remove any broken pin ends with a hole punch.

Drill and taper a hole close to the lip of the differential casing, clean out the differential of metal shavings and reassemble using red locktight. Make sure the gears are not biding too much, sometimes you have to find which ratio fits best. Also you can file the gears to make them mesh better.

Fill with FG differential grease, it helps to let the grease 'settle' and then add more. 30ml should be enough, use a set screw to seal the 'filing hole'
