| 1/4th scale conversion: |

Zero Gravity RC (fsracingusa.com) has been working on converting the 1/5th scale chassis to fit the new FS racing 35cc 1/4th scale ‘mars’ truck differentials and shocks. The 1/4th scale uses spider gears in the differentials eliminating the pins. They look the same as the HPI Baja SS differential gears.
To fit the 1/4th scale differential housing onto the 1/5th scale chassis, Scott (zero gravity) had to measure up and drill six holes so the differential housing could be secured. A template showing you where to drill will be provided with the conversion kits.
The conversion can be seen as the evo2 of the FS racing cars as it has a wider stance and redesigned lower arms and differentials. FShopups is looking forward to testing these conversion kits out and hope to offer them to the public if results are satisfactory. Watch this space for more news. |
